About us

The Croatian Monetary Institute was founded on 23 April 1993 and the production was set off on 14 January 1994.

The CMI’s core business is the production of:

  • Coins
  • Gold and silver medals, as well as medals from base metals
  • Commemorative plaquetes and badges from different metals, along with other custom made products
  • Producer and supplier marks

The founder of the Croatian Monetary Institute is the Croatian National Bank with a 100% share.

The share capital is 40.906.800,00 kuna.
